A couple of recommendations since I don't think we have a policy manual:
1 - On the salary, which day will it be paid? When is her start date?
2 - On the PTO, etc. Does it roll over? How much can be rolled over? Is it paid out at termination? When does it start accruing?
Sorry for being so specific, but this is really the only document that she will receive on these items. If we don't want it in the offer letter, it should be provided in an addendum. If it will be provided or has been provided separately, please disregard my comments. :)
