Sage 100

And end user on Sage 100 v2014 Standard is trying to import Sales Orders and claims that only this one gives an **""HS Record Invalid or Write Failed. The Creation Date is required. The Creation Time is required""**. I see a few KB entries about data corruption but those seem limited to entries that were manually keyed. I don't see anything about VI sourced entries. Thoughts?

Update: I DFDM to Sales Order Header and found a blank record already existed with the same order number but most other fields blank. I deleted that from the SO Header and advised them to re-import.
