An updated (still tentative) session agenda for review.

Looks pretty good to me.

I understand the closed session for Sage though I predict we are not going to see one thing that couldn't have been covered in an open session. Can we title the Sage 100 session ""Sage Consultant Members Only""? Question on why some session are in yellow - are those tentative or have they been confirmed? Definitely want to have descriptive titles for the vendor member sessions -- we may need to come up with the title and ask them if they can do a session on it -- otherwise I could see us having another delay waiting for everyone to get back to us with titles, etc. SWK -

What about vendor members? Are they not allowed in Sage's session. I don't see why not. Once we agree on the session slots, I am going to email all the vendors confirming their time and asking for a title and short description. I am not going to assign a session title for them.

We have members who are not solely selling Sage so I'm unsure what additional confidentiality Sage gets from us shutting down the attendance. Sage knows this as well and they're not likely to present anything truly confidential I just thought having it be consultant members would sound a little less exclusionary. Please be sure to give vendor members a deadline for their sessions. I suggest we have at least a session name from them no later than this Thursday at 5pm.
