An interesting summary of X3 in North America. I'm not sure that Sommers really makes a point here other than it's going to require hard work, more trained consultants and continued improvement in X3 to drive more sales.
Interesting that Brian attended (and presented at) Sage Summit and there really is not much at all about that event.
The customer that he talks about visiting who used X3 primarily bought it because:
a. Configurator
b. It was cheapest/cheaper
