I posted screenshots to help remember this issue and help explain why we separate our knowledge (Google Workspace) from our community discussions ( Higher Logic ).
If you asked 20 members what would improve their experience, you'd probably get 20 different answers. Many people seem to rely on their email inboxes to review/search messages.
It would be wonderful to have a more robust mobile experience; however, I don't think I'd move solely for that unless the HL pricing suddenly rose unexpectedly.

For our KB - This is why it is on google. For HL - I am happy to research a new platform. I would welcome any recommendations from this community. Let me know what you have seen that maybe better. We have a few months to do some due diligence. I would need the help of members for sure.

Without a reliable Search tool, we're kinda wasting our time building this knowledgebase. Seems like it's time to seriously consider moving to another platform. Honestly, when I need to research something, although I often will first do a quick search in 90 Minds to see what comes up, very often that's an exercise in futility and results in having to focus the effort elsewhere. What's even worse is when you know the information is in 90 Minds but you just can't locate it.

The entire 'Search' function is a problem! They definitely need to bring this "back to formula" and get with the times, and it seems it just keeps getting worse and worse as the db continues to grow. A system is only as good as its weakest link.
