    American Payment Solutions - Switched a client to APS from SPS a couple months back. Unbeknownst to me, they had enabled credit card processing with their installation of E-Biz. They don't process a lot of CC's but the ones they do error out. Apparently APS was not enabled and worse yet, it seems that they don't have a lot (if any) installs linked to E-Biz. Does anyone have any insight with issue? Do we have to guide APS tech support in resolving or can this be resolved without their assistance? @ToddMartin ?????

    Not sure how APS has the CC integrated. I would say if it was SPS to turn on the debug log and see what errors you get. The processing with Ebusiness is different than data entry since it doesn't require the user to enter in the CC through the interface. It pushes it to the vault directly. If APS expects to always go through their client and it can't get pushed directly from the server then I would think ebusiness would need to be modified to allow for it. I would think (without looking at the code) that APS would need to have code for ebusiness to process differently.

    Hi Jeff, What errors are you getting? If you can send that information to me (privately, if you wish) I can review it and advise you. My understanding is that this has been going on since September, or thereabouts, but I only heard about it late last week. Any insight you can give me on what's going on would be helpful. We can certainly get it sorted out once we see what is happening. Todd is correct that it probably requires the changes in EBusiness Manager that are not installed there.
