My 4 year old dropped our 6 month old Kindle fire and the screen cracked. Do we have any options for repair or replacement?

Katherine:This would be a completely free replacement. I just need you to please verify the last 4 digits on one of the credit cards you have on the account just for collateral purposes.

I'll also include a prepaid label on this email so you can return the defective device. You will have up to 30 days from the moment you receive the new one to send that one back.
