    Am I dreaming or was there previously a requirement to register extended solutions to a customer system? I have a 4.3 customer using an SO and PO enhancement. We had the enhancement upgraded for 4.4 by DSD but we're getting a : The warning message calls out the specific extended solution. SO-1068 is not registered to the Library Master of this system. This Extended Solution will be disabled at midnight on 1/23/13. Same when you working in the PO module. DSD is saying that this is a Sage issue but I don't remember that ES via Sage had registration keys separate from the regular company?

    Macabe/Sage did issue a password or key that was emailed to me after purchase. It was always the same for each client and each ES so I assumed it was unique to me.....?? Registration process varied by ES - ususally a special menu in the module.

    @DebbieBeach I remember that too, but if they were using it in 4.3 with no issues you would think is was registered. If DSD is doing the upgrade/modification I would think DSD's software would need to register it /unlock it from their side. I am pretty sure that is what they did for my client. Will look to see if I can remember the client and how it was handled.

    Customer said they called Jon who I'm never inclined to bet against so maybe the customer misinterpreted.

    Yes. Sage can send you a new download.

    I don't need the download - the problem is the customer is receiving a pop-up which indicates that the SO and PO ES are expiring. I'm not entirely sure this isn't a problem / conflict with DSD since the customer purchased an additional IMFX enhancement which does have to go through registration.

    You do need the download unfortunately. There isn't another way to reregister them now supposedly.

    Did loading a DSD ES after the SO and PO screw this up? I'm guessing that may be the case.

    Looks as if the issue is that the customer purchased a new user license - which changed their keys which in turn triggered this issue with the ES. Sage is supposed to be mailing new pre-registered ES today.

    It's probably new customer number. Did you get Sage to send you a new download?
