Also please be sure you setup your notifications for at least the ""* MAS90 Urgent Support Needed"" so that you get an email alert whenever someone posts to the group. This is done by logging in and clicking settings in the upper right. Then click Notification Settings. Scroll down to the section starting ""Email me at xxxx when someone posts to the group:"" Place a check mark by the ""* MAS90 Urgent Support Needed"" This allows us to treat the group as an urgent area were messages are noticed by the most people. Please use the group sparingly and post only urgent issues or items that you may need a fast answer to (such as if you are on-site with a customer).

Just to clarify, You will only be emailed about the original post not the follow on comments. Also If you make a comment on a post then you will notiifed via email of all future comments for that post.
