@AlnoorCassim Do you know anything about the time track entries going into job cost? A user enters a time entry for a prior date (maybe it is a correction or an additional hour), time track entry assigns the sequence number 000001. The problem occurs when that key field has already been used. The key field is Employee Key + Date + Sequence No. We have found that if you enter the postdated entry, it overwrites the original entry instead of changing the sequence number to the next in line. We are reporting this to Sage as a bug but are trying to get any information about workarounds first. We found that the postings to job cost is correct - it is just the posting to time track history that is wrong. We are on version 2018 PU3. TIA
