Minutes for today's meeting.

Since when did you get kicked off the island? According to the tax filing, you are still the FULL secretary. But this brings up a point we have discussed in the past. Do we hire a scribe so that every one can listen, rotate the scribe duties to all Board members so Therese can listen fully 84% of the time or PAY her for note taking (e.g. $250) per meeting? We need to do something different as what we are doing now is not adequate. Just my .02

Happy to review that @JeffSchwenk and as far as I knew @ThereseLogeais is 90 Minds Secretary on the corporate record as well as known as such to the membership. Correct? That was filled with documents of incorporation?

Yes she is. The comment is in reference to her minute write up where she described herself as ""Acting Secretary"".
