I recommend we add a cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy: Admission is non-transferable except to another attendee from a 90 Minds member firm. Cancellations received 30+ days prior to event entitled to a full refund minus $25 administration fee. No cancellations accepted within 30 days of event. No refunds or credit allowed for no shows. If 90 Minds cancels the event, we will provide a full refund. In no event will we be responsible for airfare or hotel due to cancellation.

Do you want to have a ""who may attend"". I don't know if you want to open it to end users or just members and those from their firm. I suspect the latter, and it could be: Who's Invited: Existing members, affiliates and those from their company
