All JobOps Crystal File Generation Legacy tables are missing on version 2013 R2 Example: JT_3X; JT_70; etc. The DDICTS for JobOps did not install. Resolution: 1. Create DDICTS directory under MAS90 directory if it does not exist. 2. Copy the attached files to the DDICTS directory.

When are they posting the patch?

What do you mean by that? This is the resolution .. they don't post patches.

Jane, will the resolution you posted here for v2013 work for v2016 as well? Working with a client who has a number of reports utilizing the Legacy tables. They upgraded to v2014 last year and there were no issues, but we are in process of testing v2016 and the Crystal File Generation Legacy option isn't there. Just wondering if we can use your noted fix for v2016.

You should not install this on any other version than the version reported. Especially since it involves replacing 2 data dictionaries. All of the custom reports that the customer has using the old Crystal File Generation tables should be rewritten using the new tables.
