I copied several of the screen shots (attached). And I was really impressed with the message from Sage. Really impressed. In answer to some of the basic questions (first slide), they said 1) Most likely the Sage X3 sessions in June will be cancelled, at least it looks that way right now, 2) It is too early to determine what will happen to the tier threshholds right now, 3) They did not say there would be dollar breaks for customers who are up for renewal but having trouble renewing, but that Sage is willing to forgo late fees and is willing to work with the Customers, 4) the April and May price increases have been postponed and won't be happening until later on, 5) the Development Team is poised and just waiting to hear details from the IRS and then they'll put the Families First Programming into Payroll, 6) If a Customer's Plan subscription plan expires, we or they just need to call Sage so it won't turn into read only mode, and 7) if Sage renews a customer because we can't get to them, then we'll still get commissions.
