Translation - if it doesn't fit for Enterprise, it will go to the Business Cloud direct sales team to sell Sage One and Sage Live. If the customer doesn't purchase one of those, it goes into File 13.

This is what should have been in place when I tried to get into X3. Current X3 partners tell me that back then training was horrible and no real plan.

Who are these 'analysts' who consider 100cloud to be a cloud product?

They work in the Sage Analytics Department.

I'm curious, does the 51% Cloud Spend include cloud products like Office365 and Managed Services? What about Cloud Hosting like AWS and MS Azure? Or, is that 51% Cloud Spend specifically focused on ERP software? Anybody know?

The last 2 days were a kickoff for a new 100cloud client. Halfway through the presentation the first day, the President asked ""I thought this was a cloud product?"" Thanks, Sage!

And after eveything is in the framework, we'll find something that is more current and start converting again . . .

Standard discount seems to be 10%. Sage Fixed Assets tosses 20% when month end nears.

Multi-bin is a huge issue during the sales cycle, not just with existing installations. We have multiple prospects we cannot move on until MB is integrated. It's a mess.

Oh, yeah, true. I thought you meant real promos like, Buy one user, get one free. It's hard to make your own bundles when it's subscription. It's not like I can give something away when the customer is billed directly. I always ask for the Sage Alerts promo even when it doesn't exist.
