All , At our next meeting admin meeting, I would like to discuss offering the position of Executive Director to Moira Goggins. I think she is exactly what we need. She has been doing a great job, and I feel she is up to the task. We still need to determine specific responsibilities and the right compensation for her. Jeff prefers that we make this position an 1099 contractor position which I support. Once she accepts the position, she will attend all board meetings although she won't be a voting member of the BOD?

Have we created a job description?

Shouldn't we have agreement around the strategy and what's important before we define the job description?

I was hoping to have her in our meeting in Feb but your right. it may be too early. We still need a Job Description for the executive director. I am not sure is Wayne had created one or not.
