Alert & Workflows v 2000.8.1e MAS v4.45 SQL Created and scheduled a Crystal report in A&W. Getting the following message in the event monitor: ERROR 91 OBJECT VARIABLE OR WITH BLOCK VARIABLE NOT SET GETTING THIS ERROR IN THE EVENT MONITOR AFTER SCHEDULING A CRYSTAL REPORT TO BE EMAILED. I have removed the parameters from the report and hard coded the variables. Any ideas?

Notwithstanding the fact that you have to jump through a LOT of hoops prior to KS tech support hooking up with you, I find that their support is very good and helpful for these types of issues. Do other reports function as expected?

I'm not sure how you are getting tech support but I only found an email option on their web site. It is frustrating and inefficient. Am I missing something? Don't they have phone support and the ability to remote in and troubleshoot the issue? Tech supports answers via email are these 3 page guides on how to modify the registry on the server to create event log monitoring.

No that is the pain part. But once they agree to do a live connect, things get fixed.

Isn't there a support option if you dial 800-850-8055?

Finally realized that none of the reports would run. Noted the A&W Reports server was down. Re-booted Windows Server 2008 and all is well. A lot of research and an easy solution. I just hate to over-think things.
