    **""Alert (SPS): Bank Originator ID changing on October 15, 2017""** We've had some clients recently inquire about the attached [pop-up] Alert from SPS (Sage Payment Solutions). Also attached is the related kb article. According to SPS, this _**only**_ impacts customers who are doing Checks (Virtual Checks I assume)/ACH processing. If they are credit card only, then no action is required. Sage apparently changed banks, so anyone who uses the Check/ACH processing in SPS will have to take action on the Originator ID change per the instructions.

    If you never had to do anyting specific with your bank to have it working now, do you have to do anything with this change?

    If that's not addressed in the attached kb article, you'll probably want to contact your bank and/or SPS.

    The Alert (SPS) PDF explains a bit of that @PhilMcIntosh. I've attached the ACH template they recommend be sent to customers.
