Got two emails on this today - looks like they are being more proactive.

Question: If my client has three workstations in the sales dept that process SAGE/Paya Credit Cards, will this update install once or three times?

Has the update been released? I'm checking on a customer's system and see SED is 2.02.31, the January release and don't have a prompt to update yet.

Update is out - but not installing for my local Sage 100

Looks like the download is working now

Stopped and restarted SED, got the prompt to install update, ran it twice and both times ended with this message on the server. Windows 2012 R2.

I got that too. When I came in the following day (today) it was sitting with the install routine on my laptop \_(?)_/

Okay that worked. Might be easier to start with these steps and skip the ""install update"" from the tray icon--> Stop Sage Exchange from tray icon, restart from the Start menu, update when prompted.
