  • 1.  ALE count of exported records in excel does not ma

    ALE count of exported records in excel does not match the count of the records displayed in the lookup within Sage. Customer called me with issue where the lookup displays 46 records but only 27 are exported to excel. This is work orders. I believe it is 2013 advanced. Rebuilt keys and sorts with no change. Any ideas why all record wouldn't be exported?

    What is the users lookup limit set to in preferences?

    Does that happen from all Sage 100 workstations? Same thing in another company? What's the record count in DFDM?

    Turns out there is something in the WO1 header item description field on some records that excel doesn't like when trying to export the records to excel. when the field is removed all records export. When pulling the same data using Crystal including the description field all records export. But nothing stands out in DFDM. At least we know the field.
