Ahh, the joys of Internet based leads...From somebody inquiring about help with Epicor: Thanks for getting back to me Mark. I guess you folks can't help me. Although I can see your resources would get me right where I want to go, getting any additional support that we'd have to pay for won't fly. The company's not going to give me any money to figure this out. They just hand me the manual and tell me to work on it. Best wishes Mark. I wish my situation was different. Dave

You know the owner of that same business probably has two $80K cars and a summer home in Hawaii.

Qualify early and qualify often. It's not until these folks have some painful memories that they're generally willing to pay a reasonable fee.
