Here is an outline of what we will try to cover today at 11 PDT:

1. Welcome

2. ED headlines – new members, Diamond sponsorship, onboarding status and website/higher logic updates.

3. New member welcomes & pipeline – greeter assignments and quick engagement strategies.

4. "Connect & Thrive" Member Orientation – December timing, outline, and roles.

5. Onboarding assets – approve "Start Here" checklist and prioritize videos.

6. Member engagement – discuss spotlight options, LinkedIn repost crew, and inactive→active outreach.

I expect there will be opportunities to volunteer for some follow up activities here ...

Thanks, Jerry. I have one more week of conflicting appts...I will need to drop at 1:30 for a weekly client project management meeting I have for a net-new implementation. The meeting time will be moved to a different day/time slot starting in October.
