    90 Minds Intacct Committee Meeting Agenda

    April 2026 

    Purpose of This Meeting

    This session is designed to transition leadership of the Intacct Committee to its members-establishing structure, defining priorities, and identifying key initiatives that will shape the Intacct community within 90 Minds.

    Agenda

    1. Welcome & Context (5 min)

    • Role of the Intacct Committee within 90 Minds
    • Framing this as a member-led leadership group
    • Goals for today's session

    2. Committee Leadership Structure (10–15 min)

    • Discuss Chair vs. Co-Chair model (recommended: shared leadership)
    • Define roles and expectations:
      • Chair(s): agenda-setting, leadership, board liaison
      • Members: participation, initiative ownership

    Outcome: Identify Chair/Co-Chairs or define selection process

    3. Defining Purpose & Priorities (15–20 min)

    • What does success look like for the Intacct community?
    • What gaps exist today?
    • Membership - New Members and Connections
    • How do we create value beyond Sage-led content?

    Outcome: Establish 3–5 core priorities for the committee

    4. Programming & Engagement Opportunities (25–30 min)

    Discussion of potential initiatives:

    • Roundtables: Peer-led, topic-driven discussions (monthly/quarterly)
    • Lunch & Learns / Insider Sessions: Practical, partner-led sessions
    • Ask Me Anything (AMA): With experienced consultants or Sage leaders
    • Continuing Education: CPE-eligible sessions, advanced topics, certification support
    • The Circle (Community Platform):
      • Dedicated Intacct space
      • Ongoing discussions, resource sharing, and engagement
    • Conference (MOTM) Integration:
      • Intacct track development
      • Partner-led content and session strategy

    5. Initiative Ownership (15 min)

    • Identify leaders for key areas:
      • Roundtables
      • Content / Education
      • Community Engagement (Circle)
      • Conference Track

    Outcome: Assign initial ownership roles

    6. Cadence & Next Steps (10 min)

    • Confirm meeting cadence (recommended: monthly)
    • Communication approach (Circle + email)
    • Next meeting led by committee leadership

    7. Closing (5 min)

    • Reinforce committee ownership and leadership
    • Open floor for final thoughts
