I think this Agenda can get us prepped for next week's Town Hall:

• Overview results of Survey to-date.
• What is the meaning?
• How do we want to use it?
• Prepare for Town Hall
• review rough structure & agenda
• Who "chairs" it? Exec Dir, Pres, Membership Cmte?
• Clarify the take-aways we want the membership to have
• Organize how to present the survey results
• a couple MC members present sections?
• Do want to offer up a couple live questions
• Guidance for MC outreach/onboarding of a dozen new members
• What is our call to action to recruit new members to the MC in the TH?
