@ChuckPeddy Take a look at this entry from the ""Schultz Knowledgebase"": http://www.s-consult.com/support/activekb/questions.php?questionid=201

Chuck, i had the exact same thing last week in payroll at an upgrade to 2013, pu4 (i think) and rather than trying to fight it, i just created a new form code and modified.

Thanks, everyone. Before getting the responses here, I called Sage and was informed that this is INDEED a Crystal conversion process with a customized check form. As @NancyHanson did, I also reverted to the base check form then did a quick redesign. I had made a copy of the old format (that could be edited in Crystal, BTW) and used it for a template to do the redesign. We still have a problem with the checks. The new problem is that the Earnings and Deduction sub-reports on the stub are printing twice. Very strange. I'm looking for an answer to this problem now.

Try backing up and then reinitializing PR_31 and PR_32

I second the @JaneCavanaugh suggestion. Reinitialize the Crystal WORK files in PR. This will resolve the duplicate printing.
