After upgrading to 4.5 this error keeps popping up in Sales Order Entry: Error 65 in program _WINPROC.SAD at line 0345. I reset the panels, updated the panel. And I see nothing on the KB.

Do they actually have custom office mods to that screen?

yes they custom on the panle and I did do the utility to upgrade the custom office panel
