try rebuilding the legacy GL custom files: GL9, GLD, GLF, GLO, GLP, GLQ, GL_12. *UNHIDEGL stll enable access to old GL custom reports.

Sigh. It's only 92 degrees cooler in MN than the islands @RonGouveia . Yep, -17 here....

You may be better off just creating new reports.

Funny - the local TV station just reported that there is nearly a 100 degree difference between Kaua'i and here.

I rebuilt the GL custom files and no luck. They seem to have an lot of reports and they're large so don't think it'd be easy to redo them. Thing is the error only affects the flash light lookup. You can scroll through the department linkages without an error. It seems to be a look up error only and I feel like I've run into this before and I thought copying in the ALE files would do it. As regards the temperature we thought it was cold last night because it got down into the low 60s. I guess everything is relative.

Hard to believe it is warmer in Anchorage than the upper Midwest.

We are usually the opposite of Anchorage here in MN - if we are getting a cold spell, they are getting some relief and vice versa. And that's all I have to say about that....

Often when a custom financial report has been corrupt, we have created a new report and used 'Copy From' the problem report. It appears the definition is intact and when it compiles the new report, it's good. If successful, we delete the old one and then recreate and copy back. Oh, balmy Yakima, WA is about 28.

Thanks John for the response. I'm not sure there is a corrupt report because right not the Error 14 only occurs if try to use the flash light lookup in Department Linkage maintenance but doesn't occur if you toggle through the linkages with the arrows on the bottom.

@RonGouveia, I think you are right, cause I just went to our library Master Sage 100 2013 Advanced copy in ABC and our main company and got the same error. Went to a 4.5 release of Standard and got the same error but it shifted from line 1414 to 1407. Wonder how long it has been there? I'm guessing program code issue, not files.
