After so many promises that the Sage maintenance renewal process is fixed - meaning amounts are right and Sage provides us with timely renewal information - I conclude that neither is true.
We have customer renewing in February where Sage have not provided us the details --- and the customer service reps are calling directly to the customer who also report receiving the paper copies of invoices.
