Sage 100

After installing 2014 IRD on Sage 100 Standard 4.5.3 getting attached Error 45, and login screen then goes in demo mode and will not activate. Worked last year and unlocking keys are the new keys. Also, get error on terminal server client and on server side. Any ideas? TIA

You probably had to load a service update, right? And it might have wiped out IRD 2013. Or even IRD 2012. I'm betting you have to reload those 2 IRDs because that is the OLD screen from prior to one of the IRDs (2012 I think).

I didn't have to load service update as the 4.5.3 is OK for the 2014 IRD and I did load the 2013 IRD last year and Aatrix worked last year. It can't hurt to load 2012, 2013, and then 2014 IRDs though would be worth a try. Thanks @BethBowers !

It's just that screen is the OLD screen, so I feel like an IRD got lost in the translation somewhere.

@BethBowers thank you very much. Sage instructions for 2014 IRD said for 4.5.3 to install 2103, convert and then 2104 but that did not work. Only when I went back and installed 2012, 2013 and 2014 did it clear the error. You were right on. thanks very much!!
