After CRM 7.1 Install... ""Integration Engine error: The following setting(s) are missing from tblMAS90Settings: PricingListID"" when I try to click Load CRM Data in CRM Options. Service is running. We dont use the Pricing Lists in CRM.

Does anything show in the MAS log for CRM?

Just ""Could not connect to Integration Engine

Is this an upgrade, or a new install?

Upgrade from 7.0

When you did the upgrade, did you change the port number for the integration engine? You may be running an outdated integration engine.

I did install the MAS parallel last week & had a 2nd port number, so had two services running, & removed the 2nd one manually when I had integration errors to the live CRM. Would I need the 4.5 install again or how do I update that piece? I did place the updated .exe on, but maybe the service is outdated?

Sorry for the delayed reply. I was out doing CPE last week. In ""C:\Program Files\Common Files\Sage\Common Components"", you'll find the integration engine program. You can run that program from the command line with some switches to reinstall it, ie integrationengine.exe -install -port 1234 -dir ""C:\MAS90\Home"" The one in my 4.5 demo folder is version 1.0.0.16. Check the version (right-click the engine, and go to Properties) and make sure you've got the current one.
