  • 1.  AFFORDABLE remote control solution which does NOT require the user to have local admin priviliges

    1. Not more than $1,000 a year
    2. The end user does not need to be a local admin to create screen share
    3. Not a self-hosted solutions

    Does such a remote support tool exist and, if so, what's the tool?

    Zoho Assist could fit the bill for you. They start at Free and go to $288 / year (1 user) for their enterprise. No Local Admin required to establish connection. But can elevate if needed.

    I have been suing Zoho Assist for several years and have not run into any permissions problems.  It even ran on a customer's XP machine that other software wouldn't even launch on.
