Following multiple conversations across multiple committees and the BOD -  I have a finalized first draft of the ISV Partner Survey.  Some highlights: 

• Submission will be anonymous unless otherwise agreed to by the submitter
• Our hope is to keep this as a live link open at all times so that anyone at anytime can provide a submission
• Open to Consultants only
• We may think about incentivizing this - but I am unsure how to do this under anonymous collection of data (open to ideas here)

Could you all please review the survey and provide any critical input or feedback? 

We hope to share this link next week at the Town Hall.

I don't think we need to incentivize this as long as we act as a messenger to the ISV from the consultants. As is, the survey seems slanted too positively; i think 90Minds would offer more value to both the consultants and ISVs as the deliverer of "anonymous bad news" rather than just a collector of testimonials.

I agree with Steve on incentives and value.  I assume you can edit the list of affiliates as we add more.  Would there be any value in adding affiliates who are common but not yet sponsoring or used to sponsor?
