Hello BOD

One of the items I am looking at closely is the sponsorship categories and more specifically the amounts.  There seem to be varying amounts based on previous years in comparison to what was collected.  

For instance, SAGE paid $17,650 last year.  This year does not really count because of the covid reduction (they paid $9000 - still less than what is on our form).   Some questions I have: 

How were these amounts determined?
Can they be increased? 
Customized?
I also wonder if there is any benefit to separating out membership from sponsorship - we can add experiences and more as supplemental options. 
Are the fees and sponsorship costs re-evaluated each year?  

I do not want to run around something that has been flushed out already.   But this is a worthy discussion for the retreat.  I welcome thoughts and comments ahead of time. Please review page 4 in detail - Thanks!

Largely, the ED or the person selling the sponsorships has presented what they wanted to offer and price them at to the board for approval. 

Sage has gotten an exclusive offering for Diamond and it's been a custom offer to them. That's why it's not on the forms.

The board has felt pretty strongly in the past that this was intended to be a year round relationship and required an affiliate membership if someone wanted to sponsor. The price of sponsorship + membership is what we felt the real price of the MOTM sponsorship was worth. The membership was intended as a less expensive way to get involved.

And it has been evaluated every year. We've raised it every year on Sage with the exception of last year.
