Two clients, one on 2021 Adv and one on 2021 Prem. In both cases, the custom menus (VI and PO) were changed on the server and even with a workstation reboot, not showing up on the workstation. I actually had to remove the report/VI job and add back in ON THAT MACHINE in order for it to work. Adv client had 2 RDPs, randomly assigned, and I had to wait until they got the "bad one" again to fix it after fixing the 2nd RDP.
I renamed the C:\Users\<name>\Documents\Sage 100 folder in both cases and it didn't help.
What the heck? Where else are the menus stored?
