I never use the latest acrobat reader. If one is installed I uninstall it and install the one in the Sage 100 prerequisites folder. Once installed I go to Help then Check for Updates and install the latest update. Once the update is installed I open up acrobat reader then go to Preferences and Updates and "never Update" (or something like that). To summarize: Use an old version, install updates once, then never update it again.

Well isn't this special! I checked the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader used by each client and they both have the latest version, 25.001.20623 , and this is what Adobe says about the release date of this latest version:

So Adobe released their new update on Monday and now these two clients must be set on automatic update and are receiving this message. I might try reinstalling the darn thing and see if that works.
