1. I don't have anything on my calendar for this. 2. I have a sales presentation from 11 - 12 EST tomorrow.

Someone double check me - I had this in my calendar but maybe we agreed on a different date - personally I think we could bang out 95% of it just by everyone logging into the DOC and making notes under the topic with their name.

I thought we agreed on the 20th. I sent a meeting but then someone piped in saying ""gee, let's use the 90 Minds goto meeting"". I said that I was good with that as long as someone sent the invite. ""Someone"" didn't and ""no one"" did so now there is no meeting on the calendar that I can see. I still have my meeting invite on the 20th out there. I could easily re-send the invite but if you all prefer to use the 90 Minds goto meeting, I will defer to one of you to coordinate it.

Let's use the 90 Minds meeting invite since then anyone can start the meeting if you're not able to attend. Did we agree on 6/20 and if so then I'll send around the 90 Minds GTM.

I'm not so sure that anyone can start the meeting except the organizer but I'm not used to a group share account. FWIW, if I set meetings, it's rare that I won't be there on time to start it. Regardless, I'm happy to defer.

We all have access to the 90 Minds GTM and I think you just need to click that link to start it once logged in? I'm not that up on GTM and some of the nuances. I think that is the only reason we were going to use the 90 Minds. Also I'm going to look at LastPass and I think there's a way to share out a group of passwords. We need that for all our ancillary accounts like DropBox and WordPress and GTM where more than one person should have the password.

I am with Peter. The next admin meeting was scheduled for the 20th. Will take a look at the document and post comments.

The invite it out -- everyone please click the Google Doc link and fill in any information under you name and we can greatly shorten/reduce the meeting time and it will be helpful to have this info in the minutes.

who is Sue Dunn?

She left Vrakas-Blum and went to work with MicroAccounting. MicroAccounting and xkzero are from what I understand are merged together. Alnoor is friends with Bill Harris and had been talking to him and suggested they join 90 Minds. Sue Dunn overheard it and agreed that it was a good idea.

Sweet.. Another member!!!

She rejoined a week or two ago.
