  • 1.  Adj account in IM Trans Entry

    Anyone know of a modification that allows you to change the GL Account used by Inventory transactions type Adjustments on a line by line basis?  I DFDM'd the AccountKey field on an Adjustment line type and it still used the Prod Line account, so I'm assuming the modification has to be made in the Transaction Register as much as data entry.  Surprised I didn't see this on DSD's web site - have had people ask about it numerous times over the years.

    What about the issues transaction type?  I believe you can change the GL there but I am not sure if you can go negative with it.  After 20 years, I remain puzzled why you can't override the GL with adjustments....

    I suggested that, but for whatever reason they really want to just Adjustments.
