    Adding tracking number to invoice already posted? Can this be done? How?

    You can add through Data File Display and Maintenance if it is an isolated occurance. You can import using VI. Other than that I am not aware of how you would do it.

    sounds like I wasn't missing something. I thought there was a way to populate this field after the fact but, using DFDM is probably the best bet in this instance. if it keeps happening I'll set up VI job.

    What about using Memo's instead - which are accessible in the invoice history screen.
