    adding a UDF to the JT_ServiceTicket table in 4.5. Works fine and I can add to the service ticket entry panel, and enter info into the UDF but as soon as we accept the service ticket the data disappears. Has anyone experienced this?

    got a quick response from Tonya at JobOps on this - I need to create the same UDF in the JT_WorkTicket table - which actually holds the data.
