Adding a UDF to a posting journal work file (PO receipts wrk) - on Sage100 2016 SQL/Premium. The UDFs do not show up in the crystal report. Does anyone know the exact procedure to get the UDF's to show up in the crystal report for the PO receipts register/journal (there is not a form code or designer button on this...) so they can be added to the journal. Never had an issue with PVX so I assume it is something unique to sql ? I'm not sure what step(s) are missing. Thanks Jeff

Would a ""verify database"" pick up the new UDF fields in the work table?

Yes, verify database is required. in Crystal to pull in the new fields.

Is it prompting you for a SQL login? You need to have the password for MAS_Reports or another SQL user/password combination
