Added a few more UDF's to AR Customer Maint screen (version 405) and now my script - very basic is not working in SO entry. The script takes the Third Party UDF from AR Customer Maint and puts it into the FOB field in SO. Has been working for years. I have rebuilt customizer,updated customizer, took the script off and put it back on, rebuilt AR files and still not working. Moving them to 450 in about a month or two but need this script to work till then. Any thoughts appreciated !!!

Oh an not getting any error's either - The button is just doing nothing.

Can you add a message box to the script to see if it's running at all?

Unfortutantely, SHxx happens................. I had a client call last week complaining that her PR medicare tax was off for the second PR in a row. I asked her what changed. Nothing was the response. Are you sure? Yes! So I get to digging and one of her PR deduction codes has the employee medicare tax field flagged to exclude from the calculation. Now she has about 8 employees with their medicare screwed up. Not sure what to recommend as the fix..........

In Customizer, on the button, under MS Script, where the variable list is, next to ML_FOB$ is the Return checkbox ticked?

Hello @MoiraGoggin put the message box in and that works. @AlnoorCassim yes the return checkbox is checked...

On the SO Header panel, open the FOB field properties and check the options tab. Maybe something got checked off that's preventing the update. Also, when I looked at your screen shot, you did change the variable name for FOB, since it's different in business framework SO?

What's up with the SendKeys? I understand that occasionally that's necessary, but what are you trying to accomplish? Can you post the whole script?

Not using the send keys - that is the whole script - very basic..... @MoiraGoggin I will check that but no one knows how to use custom office at this client. So I really don't think anything was changed. I am just wondering if it has to do with the new UDF's that I added just recently. Like I said that is when the script stop working. But did all the rebuilds several times...

Ok looked at the options tab and all is ok. Remember this is in 405 version....

Sorry Diane, just reviewing this and see the 405 (which if you have a case of tired eyes can look like 450). Did you get this fixed?

No not yet. Going to look at it again tomorrow
