Hard to stay current with the ISV when we are out of the loop for practically everything. Last Altec upgraded a client to their cloud software. Since Sage didn't have this version on the price sheet, I was left out in the rain. But it is hard to justify our existence when we are relegated to the unpaid complaint department.
Just wondering if your client was on prem and this is the incentive to move to the Altec cloud.
