    Many 90 Minders have been quite busy the past few weeks with upgrade-related problems. So you might have missed this new feature we have in your 90 Minds membership.

    This WOW webinar is a new effort we have with Acumatica. Its purpose is to educate our members (whether they are Acumatica-qualified or not) about the functionality in Acumatica that is meant to add new, significant value to a customer's operations software. Acumatica is actively putting these WOW features in front of the same types of SMB firms that now use Sage 100. In other words, your Sage 100 customer might be seeing these very soon, whether on purpose or accidentally.

    This is why you should attend: so you will understand what your customers might see, and why they could be interested in those capabilities.

    If you or your firm are Acumatica-qualified, then this is definitely a good thing for you to know.

    If you are not, then now is the time to figure out how you could meet the same needs that make the WOW features attractive to your customer --- so that YOU can better meet your customer's needs, proactively.

    We are often too busy working in our businesses to make time to work on them. Tomorrow, Tues, at 11 am CDT you have an easy way to spend a little time working ON yours.

    Yes, @Rhonda McNamara and @Kevin Moyes we did record it and have permission to post it to our group.  Once the recording is converted to MP4 I'll post it.  

    It may seem odd, but we let the publisher decide if the webinar contained unreleased features whether to record or not. ​​

    IMO, if you want to find prospects looking to change to a system that is not just JE's, this was the demo to do it. That's the WOW factor I saw. (Acumatica is not the only ERP heavily using this in their demos; I know Intacct does, and I'm told Netsuite does as well. It's still WOW.) 

    "Usability" and "Data Visualization" were the two themes Jessica honored in the presentation. When you ask the question, "Why is this lead interested in enduring the pain to change ERP?". Those two answers are certainly high on the list, even if the lead hasn't yet quite verbalized them.

    Sage 100 doesn't do present like this OOB. Some of it is nearly impossible to execute. But if you assume some of your customers have seen this demo, then you must ask yourself, "How can I package up all the peripheral resources for Sage into something which can promise enough of that to my customer to persuade them to stay?"

    And remember, it's probably the executive at your customer who is one or two levels above the person you mainly work with who will see this.

    Jessica Gadbois a couple of times announced a 'wow' factor before demoing it including features that have been recently added in 2019 R1, such as the ease of adding UDFs directly to a screen.  Wow factor - the dashboards which opened the webinar, and few others too.  Wow factor - the end-user can add UDFs and modify their own dashboards, easily. 

    I'm not well versed in Acumatica but I saw:

    1. She didn't leave any screen to demo a bolt-on - e.g., dashboards backed by Power BI built into the product not outside of it then linked.
    2. Features seemed consistent across modules - I didn't see any "AP works like this but AR works like that" scenerios
    3. I didn't hear any "subscription only" features  - the features seem to be available for any license style
    4. It is clearly and unequivocally a cloud product
    5. It looks easy to navigate
