News today ( 5/29/2025 ) that Acumatica was sold by EQT to Vista Equity Partners. The rumored price (via Bloomberg)  was $2 billion although an official price was not given.  This is a sale from one private equity firm to another. i don't know what the end game is for Acumatica as a company except perhaps the typical (a) IPO or (b) sale to  a bigger ERP firm. 

We might not know a lot until the next Acumatica Summit when we can see who/what is prominently featured at the podium during keynotes, etc.
