    Moira,

Will you just be there for the day?  Will there be any hotel costs?  Do we have any brochures tied to Acumatica that we can share?  What is our plan on what will be done at the booth?

Yes, sorry I left that off!  We will have one-two nights of hotel expense.  See screenshot with a quick check hotel price, expensive but there may be a 'discount' room block link for attendees.  $280 Sunday $320 Monday check out Tuesday.

Signage/ad slicks - we have some signs leftover from last year that are generic enough to be reusable.  We have a 'membership highlights' style business card that lists benefits, contact info. and we have plenty of those cards left.  If there is a need for a single sheet full color ad slick I'd expect the cost to design/print ~250 to run less that $500 I dont' know if we need it though.

Last year, we had a monitor included at the booth and we displayed our website, a table with our 'promo' cards, and three of the best smiles in the group inviting attendees to find a mind.  This year would be very similar, and Karen's group ASI is attending the event and has volunteered to help man the booth as needed, yay!

@Jerry Norman we paid a little extra for the monitor as I recall, but that was about it, except our dinner.

Sorry for the delay.  I took some PTO and stayed out of email.  I agree with the group.

I think Acumatica and their Summitt is still important to have a presence to let peolple know we are Acumatica savvy.  I say yes.

    I'm an aye.
we need to have another person to man the booth. Much of the value here is the roving, too. If ASI can provide this, we're good. Otherwise we should send a sales-oriented member.
We also should rehearse a concise 3rd-floor elevator speech for this. Then a brief story to tell to illustrate our utility if prospect want's more.
