    I have a customer who is having issues with inventory and lo and behold, I see IM404 files in their data. They are not using MB and I don't see it anywhere in LM or IM setups. My question is, how does one uninstall it?? I'm not sure it is causing their problems but it would be nice to clean up their data. Thoughts??

    If you don’t see an ACSG setup or Scanco Setup menu option in Library Master and nothing in the Installed Modules listing I would say you are safe deleting these files. Backup first. Maybe they cane from an older version or a demo.
