  • 1.  ACH Remittances not emailing

    Client started having issues about 3 weeks ago with ACH only.  Invoices go fine.  Changing FROM address for ACH made no diff.  Here is what they see, without the big ass error you normally get on a misbehaving email.  Ideas?

    Is that just a test of 1 or the only one being emailed? The response looks like an invalid To: address.

    It was a resend from Paperless Vendor Viewer to show me the error they get (which also happens on a resend)

    You may want to look for hidden control characters in the email field (from cut and paste) we have seen this exact result before.
