    Accpac v5.3B When I print invoices from history ( Accounts receivable, AR Transaction reports, Invoices) the inventory item numbers don't appear. Only a line for Sales and freight. I would expect each line item with inventory item number would show, as they were entered in sales order entry. Why? I am a Sage 100 consultant, and I am working on a conversion from Accpac.

    Doug - The invoices in the AR module are summary if the invoice originates from order entry. If you want the details (item number) you have to print them from the order entry module.

    @LloydSmith Thanks for you recommendation. I have seen the export function for the orders in order entry. Do you know how to determine if the order is an open order or if it is closed? Is the only way to determine this if quantiy ordered equals quantity shipped? Or is there a status field in order entry such as ""complete""?

    @DougHiggs - There is a field in the OEORDH table called complete plus if the field ordtotal = 0 then the order is completed.

    @LloydSmith the ""COMPLETE"" field is ""5"", INVNUMBER is ""***NEW***"", and ORDTOTAL is ""0.00"". Why isn't there an invoice number?
