Oh CRAP, I was afraid of that. They have a non-productive Activity that was posting to different GL accounts.
So now they will need a second Dept and the employees setup twice.

It now uses the accounts in Department Maintenance. If you enter the labor transaction via WT Transaction Entry, it uses the department assigned to the activity code. But if you enter the labor transaction through Labor Entry in the Time menu, it uses the department assigned to the employee. Found this out the hard way!t
