  • 1.  Accounting Date issue

    We have a client with one user that has a strange problem setting the accounting dates within the Sage 100 Modules.  They are currently using Sage 100 Advanced 2016 on an Amazon cloud server and running RDP for access.  The company record is flagged to use the system date for the accounting date in the modules.  When this user first logs in, the Library Master Module shows the current system date correctly on the status bar.  When this user opens a module, the accounting date on the status bar for that module will sometimes be several days old.  For example, if he opens IM today it might show an accounting date of 1/9/2019; SO might show an accounting date of 1/11/2019.  Any ideas why this would be happening to only one user and no others?

    Does the user really log out of the modules?  Are there hanging PVX sessions in the RDP?

    According to the client:

    1. Yes.  They properly log out of Sage every time.

    2. They also claim to properly log out of the RDP session.

    Of course, I can only take them at their word.
